Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the My Wallet mobile application (the "App"), developed and published by theinfosharp ("we", "us" or "our"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. If you use the App on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have their permission to accept these Terms.

2. Licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial tracking of income, expenses, budgets and related reports, in line with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter in the App.
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure, for example with a screen lock, and for keeping your App PIN private.
• If you connect a Google account, you are responsible for that account's security and for complying with Google's terms.

4. Not financial advice

The App is a record-keeping and budgeting tool. Budgets, "safe to spend" amounts, reports, charts and insights are calculated from the information you enter and are provided for general information only. They do not constitute financial, tax, investment or legal advice. Please consult a qualified professional before making important financial decisions.

5. Your data and backups

• Your data stays with you. The App stores your data on your device. You remain the owner of all data you enter.
• Keeping backups is your responsibility. Data stored only on a device can be lost if the device is lost, damaged or reset, or if the App is uninstalled or its storage cleared. We strongly recommend regular backups using the App's Google Drive backup (manual or automatic) or a local backup file.
• Automatic backup timing. Automatic backups depend on your device, operating system, battery settings and internet connection. They run at or after the time you choose and may be delayed. If a scheduled backup is missed, the App tries again when it is next opened. We cannot guarantee that every scheduled backup will run on time.
• Reminders. Daily reminders are delivered by your phone's operating system. Some phones may delay or block them because of battery-saving settings.
• Imports and exports. When importing data from files, please check the results. We are not responsible for incorrect data in files you import.

6. Third-party services

Optional features use services provided by third parties, mainly Google sign-in and Google Drive. Your use of those services is governed by the Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, performance or policies of third-party services.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose or to record or support illegal activity;
• copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the App;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the App's source code, except where the law expressly allows it; or
• interfere with or try to bypass the App's security features.

8. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, logos, graphics, text and user interface, is owned by Rambali Singh / theinfosharp and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. "Google", "Google Drive" and "Google Play" are trademarks of Google LLC.

9. Updates and availability

We may update the App from time to time to add, change or remove features, fix issues or meet legal requirements. Some updates may be required to keep using the App. We may also stop offering the App. If that happens, data already on your device remains on your device, and backups remain in your Google Drive.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. These include, but are not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that calculations, reports, imports or backups will always be accurate or complete, or that the App will meet your requirements. We do our best to keep the App reliable and accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. This includes loss of data, profits, income or financial records, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your licence to use the App if you seriously breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue to apply (including sections 8, 10, 11 and 13) will survive termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence, the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you continue to use the App after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
